Joel Key is an engineering executive and hands-on leader with deep expertise in firmware, systems engineering, and technical strategy. He partners with lean teams across automotive, industrial vehicle, and IoT sectors to deliver complex hardware and software products.
His Key achievements include:
- Securing production approval for multiple global OEM product programs
- Launching a business unit developing radar sensors for industrial vehicles
- Leading teams to achieve Functional Safety and ASPICE certification
- Building a team delivering systems design, firmware, and hardware for actuators and coolant valves
What sets Joel apart is his broad experience spanning technical leadership, business management, product design, engineering processes, and embedded software development. He has developed electric motors, actuators, flow meters, and radar sensors.
